Team Builder- "Don't Drop the Ball!"

One of our initiatives for 2009 is to improve our new hire process.

Today our team participated in a team builder where the "balls" represented our new hires. The goal was not to drop the ball! We had balls of all shapes and sizes- everything from a beach ball and soccer ball to a ping pong ball and marble. The balls started going down the line slowly and then they sped up and they were juggling all of the different balls at once while trying not to let them hit the ground. We had a lot of fun and everyone understands the importance of following a new hire all the way through with excellent customer service and follow up!
